Seeds

If I had one food to keep on hand all day, it would be seeds. They are high in protein, and remember a serving of protein boost your metabolism for about 4 hours. A serving of seeds will keep your insulin down and your glucagon up. My personal favorite are pumpkin seeds because they are easy and inexpensive to buy. While on vacation in Maine, and wanting to experience all the fruits of the sea, I did a little research. Potassium, Calcium & Magnesium

It is difficult to believe that most of the food in our grocery stores is bad for us, and advertisements reinforce the belief that it is good, but do the research and decide for yourself. Please do not stick your head in the sand and say you are too busy for research, take a few minutes to google what foods your body recognizes and the fact that your body does not recognize any processed foods.
